We are on the 2nd floor, but we also know the people who will be living below, so we will have a great time. There is really no set preference for what kind of person you are, just as long as you are a responsible person. Also, you will share a room with another Western Oregon guy. Here are some details:Move-in mid July and move-out next July (xxxx), there are 3 bedrooms and two baths in the duplex, there are two people per bedroom, we are only one street away from the beach, there are 3 mini-fridges and 1 large fridge in the duplex, and there is a computer desk provided in each room.
