OREGON CONCEALED HANDGUN LICENSE
This course exceeds all firearms safety training requirements of Oregon's concealed handgun law. Students will receive a certificate of completion which they can submit to the Sheriff's office with their concealed handgun license application. Instructor certified by NRA and Oregon Department of Public Safety Standards Training (Police Academy). $65 for individual tutoring; $50 each for groups of five or more. Topics:
- Firearms safety, including gun handling and home firearms safety
- Identifying different types of defensive handguns and ammunition
- Care and cleaning of handguns
- Legal requirements for obtaining an Oregon concealed handgun license
- Legally carrying -- open carry or concealed carry, where allowed and where not allowed
- What to do when you're armed and pulled over in a traffic stop
- Traveling to other states- reciprocity and recognition of licenses and permits
- Students' individual concerns

This is a use of force legal/tactical course for CHL holders. Stay out of the hospital and out of jail. Taught by a lawyer and police trainer; indispensable practical approaches to staying legal and out of harm's way. $65 for individual tutoring; $50 each for groups of five or more. Topics:

UTAH CONCEALED FIREARM PERMIT
The Utah permit is good in 34 states. Students will have their Utah permit applications signed and stamped at the completion of the 4-hour course. Instructor certified by Utah Bureau of Criminal Identification, NRA and Oregon Police Academy. $65 for individual tutoring; $50 each for groups of five or more. Topics:

- Handgun parts and operation
- Ammunition
- Fundamentals of shooting
- Safe handling
- Utah weapons laws -concealed carry, prohibited areas

LEARN TO SHOOT
INDIVIDUALIZED LIVE-FIRE TRAINING. Gain a solid basis in safe gun handling and marksmanship from a certified police firearms instructor. Available for private live-fire coaching for all levels of skill. Everything from marksmanship and gun handling fundamentals to high speed/low drag advanced tactical skills. Learn to fight with your gun. All live-fire training is conducted in a safe, professional environment. $65/hr. for individuals, $50/hr. each for groups of five or more.
FUNDAMENTALS COURSE. Never shot a handgun? Great! That means you won't have any bad habits to overcome when you're introduced to the same combat shooting building blocks taught at the Police Academy. Your confidence will grow as you learn the five fundamentals of marksmanship, and two secrets which will improve your accuracy immediately. Have you shot handguns before, but never had any formal training? Consider blending this course with some of the skills taught at the next level?(Two hour minimum)
CONCEALED CARRY FOR SELF-DEFENSE. All training at this level is focused on fighting with your handgun. You will learn safe and effective techniques of concealed carry, the four-point presentation from the holster, combat and tactical reloads, use of cover, close quarter shooting, shooting and moving, clearing malfunctions, and after-action responses. When you master these skills, you will be better able to defend yourself and those you love with your handgun. (Three hour minimum)
NAME YOUR OWN TIME. You don't have to wait weeks for a scheduled class. Firearms Instructor is on call, whenever it's mutually convenient.
